Fall 2020 Season

Hello Parents!

We’re so excited to say that we have decided to go ahead with the 2020 Fall Season. There will be some changes to be accordance with the regulations set by both the state and county. Below are the changes that will take place this Fall 2020 Season:

• We will play at Buchanon Park and Bristow Elementary only. 
• There will be a ten player maximum per team, each player will have a two spectator maximum allowed. If not in compliance, the coaches will have ten minutes to get in compliance or the game will be cancelled. 
• Bleachers will be closed. Spectators will have to stay six feet apart and social distance, do not to mix households - stay as individual family units. 
• If your child at any time shows COVID-19 symptoms, you cannot enter WCPRD  complexes and must email [email protected] to report your symptoms.
• We will hold two separate sessions. The first session will be a coach pitch session for our 6U and 8U participants. The second session will be a fastpitch session for our 11U and 16U participants. If you signed up for 4U, you will be moved to 6U. If you signed up for 11U slow pitch, you will be moved to 11U fastpitch. 
• The first session will begin August 10th, with a week of practices. Beginning August 17th, we will begin games and play for three weeks. We will try to play nine to ten games. No make up games will be played. 
• The second session will begin September 7th, with a week of practices. Beginning September 14th, we will begin games and play for three weeks. We will try to play nine to ten games. No make up games will be played. 
• We will hold additional registration beginning Sunday (8/2/2020), for all of our leagues this fall, ending on 8/5/2020 at 11:59pm. If a league reaches maximum capacity, we will close the registration early. 
• If you plan to coach, you will need to sign up again when registration opens on Sunday.
