Registration Instructions
To register your player (also referred to as a participant), please follow the steps below:
Create an Account:
Begin by creating an account on the Warren County South Softball website. To do this, click either the "Register" or "Login" button located in the top right-hand corner of the homepage. Follow the prompts to enter your information (name, address, etc.).
Add a Participant:
After creating your account, you will be prompted to add a participant (player). Please note that the initial step is to "Register" (create an account), and the next step is to "Add a Participant" (your player).
Important Notice:
For optimal registration experience, we recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Internet Explorer and Safari may cause issues during the process. While you can also complete the registration using a mobile device, please be aware that there is a significant amount of information required, which may be more easily managed on a desktop or laptop.
COACH / ASST. COACH / TEAM MOM INFO:
If you would like to Coach, be an assistant coach, or team mom for your child's team, you MUST complete BOTH steps. If you have more than one child playing and they are in different age groups, you must register in the WCSS system for both age groups.
